The Department of Employment and Labour, has, in terms of section 43(1) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, (No. 85 of 1993) published the Draft Pressure Equipment Regulations, 2021.
Affected and interested parties or persons are invited to submit comments on the draft regulations in writing within 90 days from the date of publication of this notice.
