The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, hereby in terms of section 69(1)(b), (g), (i), (I), (o), (dd) and (ee) of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008, has made the Regulations regarding extended producer responsibility, as set out in the Schedule.
