Notice is hereby given in terms of Rule 276(1)(b) of the Rules of the National Assembly that the Minister of Employment and Labour intends to introduce the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Amendment Bill, 2020, in the National Assembly shortly.
The Bill seeks to amend the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993.
