Promulgation Of The National Skills Development Plan (Nsdp)

Skills Development Act and Regulations (97/1998)

The Minister of Higher Education and Training, after consultation with the National Skills Authority (NSA), has promulgated the National Skills Development Plan to improve skills development in terms of Section 9(4) of the Skills Development Act, No 97 of 1998 as amended.
