Financial Markets Act (19/2012)

The Minister of Finance has determined that section 290 of the FSR Act takes effect in respect of amendments to the Financial Markets Act, 2012 ( Act No. 19 of 2012), in Schedule 4 to the FSR Act to the extent and on the dates indicated in the notice.
