The Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies ("the Minister") has issued the Policy Direction on matters relevant to Electronic Communications Network Deployment pursuant to the National Policy and Policy Direction on Rapid Deployment of Electronic Communications Networks and Facilities, 2023 in the Schedule in terms of section 3(2)(b) and (e) of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005) ("the Act").
