Draft Amendment of the Small Merger Guidelines: Invitation to Public Comment

Competition Act and Regulations (89/1998)

The Competition Commission of South Africa (“Commission”) has amended its Guideline on Small Merger Notification.

Stakeholders and interested parties are invited to submit comments regarding the proposed changes to the guidelines on small merger notification, within a period of 30 days from publication of this notice.

National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000: Amendment

National Road Traffic Act and Regulations (93/1996)

The Minister of Transport hereby, in terms of section 75(1) read with section 75(6), of the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996), and after a decision has been taken in the Shareholders Committee, intends to make the regulations in the Schedule.

All interested persons are hereby invited to submit written comments, objections or representations on these draft National Road Traffic Amendment Regulations, within 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
