The Driven Machinery Regulations were published on 24 June 2015 in Government

Gazette No.38905 with the aim of protecting employees against the dangers associated

with the use of Driven Machinery.

The aim of these guidance notes is to explain in simple language the provisions of the

Driven Machinery Regulations and to stress the principle of self-regulation.
