The Minister of Environmental Affairs has published the intention to amend the List of Waste Management Activities that have, or are likely to have a Detrimental Effect on the Environment published under Government Notice No. 921 of 29 November 2013, under sections 19(2), read with sections 19(10)(a), 72 and 73 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), as set out in the Schedule.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations on or objections to the Minister, within 60 days of this publication of this notice in the Gazette.
