Proposed Declarations Of Hazardous Substances

Hazardous Substances Act and Regulations (15/1973)

The Minister of Health intends declaring the substances scheduled in mixtures and products as Group I, Category A and Group II hazardous substances. Comments and representations are to be made by 14 January 2017.
