The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of the adoption of the Dangerous Goods Standard, 2016. Objections and representations are to be submitted within 30 days after publication of this notice.
Activities Excluded From Environmental Authorisation

The Minister of Environmental affairs department has also published, in the same Gazette, activities identified in terms of section 24(2) of the act that may be excluded from the requirement to obtain an environmental authorization but that must comply with the Dangerous Goods Standard.
