Mine Health and Safety Act and Regulations (29/1996)

The Chief Inspector of Mines, under section 49(6) of the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (Act No. 29 of 1996) after consultation with the Council, has issued the guideline for risk-based emergency care on a mine in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and commences on 31 October 2016
