Extension of the Application of the Provisions of the Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Act of 1996

Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Act (31/1996)

The application of the provisions of the Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Act of 1996 (Act No. 31 of 1996) set to expire on the 31 December 2026, has been extended by the Minister of Land Reform and Rural Development under section 5(2) of the said Act, for a further period of 12 months ending 31 December 2027.
