The Minister of Trade and Industry has issued regulations in terms of section 14(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (53/2003).
This represents the regulation of the administration and the implementation of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act and the functions of the commission.
