The Minister of Transport, after consultation with the Transport Appeal Tribunal has, in terms of section 17 of the Transport Appeal Tribunal Act, 1998 (Act No. 39 of 1998) ("the Act"), as amended, made the regulations in the Schedule hereto.
These regulations repeal the Transport Appeal Regulations, 2012, published under Government Gazette, No. 36077, Notice No. 26 of 17 January 2013.
