The Minister of Employment and Labour, in terms of section 43 (1) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, (No. 85 of 1993), has given notice of her intention, to give an approval to receive public comment on the schedule of these Regulations.
Affected and interested parties or persons are invited to submit comments on the draft regulations in writing (Annexure 1) within 90 days from the date of the publication of this notice.
