The Minister of Employment and Labour, has published the Labour Law Amendment Bill, 2025, accompanied by the Memorandum of Objects on the Labour Law Amendment Bill, 2025 for public comment.
The Bill amends the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (BCEA), the Employment Equity Act, 1998 (EEA) and the National Minimum Wage Act, 2018 (NMWA).
Comments should reach the Department of Labour not later than 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.
