The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in terms of sections 30(2)(a)(i), 26, 27, 31, and 32 of the Climate Change Act, 2024 (Act No. 22 of 2024), has published the draft Technical Guidelines for the National Greenhouse Gas Carbon Budget and Mitigation Plan Regulations for public comment, as set out in the Schedule hereto.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 (sixty) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette or newspapers, whichever date is the last date.
