The Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, has published, in accordance with section 85 (2) (b) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Act, 1996 (Act No. 108 of 1996), the Draft White Paper on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services and Online Safety for final written comments / inputs.
Members of the public and interested persons are invited to submit their final written comments/ inputs / representations on this Draft White Paper on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services and Online Safety within thirty (30) calendar days after the publication of this Notice in the Gazette.
