Draft Comprehensive Civil Aviation Policy Published

Civil Aviation Act and Regulations (13/2009)

The Department of Transport has published a Draft Comprehensive Civil Aviation Policy for public comment.

Interested persons are requested to submit written comments in connection with the Draft Comprehensive Civil Aviation Policy within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.

Draft Code of Conduct: Residential Community Industry

Protection of Personal Information Act and Regulations (4/2013)

In terms of the provisions of section 61 (2) of POPIA, the Information Regulator (Regulator) gives notice that the Regulator is in receipt of a proposed code of conduct from the Residential Community Industry (RCI) that deals with how personal information will be processed in the residential community sector.

Affected persons are invited to submit written comments to the Regulator (email address: POPIACompliance@inforegulator.org.za.) within fourteen (14) days after publication of the notice in the Government Gazette.
