The Chief Inspector in terms of 27(1) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (85/1993), and after consultation with the Advisory Council for Occupational Health and Safety, hereby intends to incorporate The Code of Practice for Conveyor Systems into the Driven Machinery Regulations.
Interested parties are invited to submit their written comments on the Draft of the Code of Practice for Conveyor Systems within 60 days from the date of publication of this notice.
