Requirements regarding Certification on Documentation

Companies Act and Regulations (71/2008)

Notice issued in terms of Regulation 169(1) of the Companies Regulation, 2011 and Section 23(3) of the Companies Act, 2008, highlight the requirements of documents and supporting documents to be submitted with various applications as part of the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission's (CIPC's) drive, to ensure the correctness and reliability of information.

These requirements will be effective from 1 March 2024.
