The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“ICASA” or “the Authority”) has declared its intention to amend the Mobile Broadband Services Regulations, 2021 (“the Regulations”) in terms of section 4 read with section 67(4) of the Electronic Communications, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005).
The Authority hereby invites interested parties to make written representations on the Draft Amendment Regulations on or before 13 February 2024.
