The Minister of Transport has in terms of section 356(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1951 (Act No. 57 of 1951), published for comments the draft Safety of Navigation Amendment Regulations, 2023 as indicated in the Schedule.
Interested persons are invited to submit written comments on this draft Safety of Navigation Amendment Regulations, 2023, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
