Road Accident Fund Adjusts Statutory Limit

Road Accident Fund Act and Regulations (56/1996)

The Road Accident Fund hereby, in accordance with section 17(4A)(a) of the Road Accident Fund Act, No. 56 of 1996, adjusts and makes known that the amounts referred to in subsection 17(4)(c) of the Act are with effect 31 October 2023, to counter the effects of CPI inflation.
