The Minister of Employment and Labour, after consultation with the Compensation Board, has made the regulations for public comment in terms of section 97 of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993) as amended.
Interested persons are invited to submit comments in writing on the proposed regulations within 30 days from the date of publication hereof.
