Notice is hereby given that the draft Public Service Commission Bill 2023 and explanatory memorandum are available for public comments.
The draft Public Service Commission Bill of 2023 seeks to regulate the Public Service Commission in accordance with the provisions of section 196 of the Constitution in relation to the functioning of the Public Service Commission.
All interested parties and organisations are invited to submit written comments on the draft Bill by no later than 30 days from date of publication.
