The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, has consulted on her intention to prescribe the protocol for the assessment and minimum report content requirements for determining impacts on Cape Vultures associated with the development of onshore wind energy generation facilities, which require environmental authorisation.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments or inputs, within 30 days from the date of the publication of this Notice.
