The Minister of Health has, in terms of section 35 of the Medicines and Related Substances Act, 1965 (Act No. 101 of 1965), and in consultation with the South African Health Products Authority (SAHPRA), made the regulations in the Schedule.
Interested persons are invited to submit comments on the proposed regulations within one month of the date of publication of this notice.
