The Minister of Employment and Labour, under section 43 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993), and after consultation with National Treasury as contemplated in section 43(2), published the following schedule of fees to register entities with Department of Employment and Labour from 1 July 2022.
