Implementation Of The Mineral And Petroleum Resources Development Regulations, 2004

Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act and Regulations (28/2002)

The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy has published a notice on the implementation of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Regulations, 2004 (MPRDA regulations).

These regulations have come into effect on 22 June 2022.
