National Norms And Standards For The Treatment Of Organic Waste

National Environmental Management: Waste Act and Regulations (59/2008)

The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, in terms of sections 7(1)(c) and 7(2)(a) of the National Environmental Management Waste Act 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), has given notice of the publication of the National Norms and Standards for the treatment of organic waste, for implementation, as set out in the Schedule.

Amendment Of Amounts To Increase Benefits And Adjustment Of Levies

Occupational Diseases in Mines and Works Act and Regulations (78/1973)

The Minister of Health has, after consultation with the Advisory Committee, in terms of section 105A of the Occupational Diseases in Mines and Works Act, 1973 (Act No. 78 of 1973), amended the amounts to increase benefits and adjust levies paid by controlled mines and works.
