The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, has in terms of section 18(1) and (3), read with sections 72 and 73, of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008) consulted on her intention to require the producers of the lubricant oil to implement specified extended producer responsibility measures, as set out in the Schedule hereto.
