Companies Act and Regulations (71/2008)
The Commissioner has issued a practice note in terms of regulation 4(2)(b) of the Companies Act, 2011, that is applicable to the re-instatement of companies and close corporations in terms of Companies Regulation 40(6) and (7), from 01 January 2022.
