The Minister of Health intends in terms of section 2(1) of the Hazardous Act, 1973 (Act No. 15 of 1973), to declare leaded paint or coating material, to be a Group II hazardous substance.
Interested persons are invited to submit comments or representations within three months from the date of publication of this Notice.
