The Minister of Transport has, in terms of section 155(1) of the Civil Aviation Act, 2009, (Act No. 13 of 2009), made the Regulations set out in the Schedule hereunder.
This regulation is called the Twenty-Third Amendment of the Civil Aviation Regulations, 2021, and shall come into operation 30 days after promulgation.
