The Road Accident Fund has in accordance with section 4(1)(a) of the Road Accident Fund Act, No. 56 of 1996, published for comment the draft terms and conditions upon which claims for compensation shall be administered, as set out in the Schedule hereto.
Interested persons are invited to submit their comments on the draft terms and conditions, in writing, within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice.
