The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, in terms of section 54(1) read with section 33(3)(g) of the Nuclear Energy Act, 1999 (Act No. 46 of 1999), intends to make the Regulations in the Schedule.
Interested persons and organisations are invited to submit written comments on the proposed Regulations, within 60 days of the date of publication of this Notice.
