The Minister of Employment has made the regulations in terms of Section 97(2) of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993) as amended in terms of Section 83(1) on assessment of employer.
The regulation is issued in respect of the Tariffs of Assessment and will come into effect on 1 March 2021. The first year of assessment will be the 2021 assessment period.
