The Minister of Transport acting in terms of section 34 of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Act, 1998 (Act No. 46 of 1998) has published the Draft regulations for comment.
All interested persons are called upon to lodge their objections, inputs or comments within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of publication of these regulations.
