Recognising that the right of all South Africans to have access to health care services requires the State to take reasonable legislative and other measures, within its available resources, to achieve the progressive realisation of this right, the first Act of 2020 has been published.
This Act comes into operation on a date fixed by the President by proclamation in the Gazette.
