The Minister of Finance, under section 19(b) of the Carbon Tax Act, 2019 (Act No. 15 of 2019), has made the regulations for the purposes of section 10 of that Act, as set out in the Schedule thereto.

The Minister of Finance, under section 19(a) of the Carbon Tax Act, 2019 (Act No. 15 of 2019), for the purposes of section 11 of that Act has made the regulations as set out in the Schedule thereto.

The Minister of Finance, has given notice under section (6)(2) of the Carbon Tax Act, 2019 (Act No. 15 of 2019), that for the purposes of symbol "B" in the formula contained in section 6(2) of that Act, given the renewable energy premiums in respect of any tax period ending on 31 December 2019.
