In terms of Regulation 169(1) of the Companies Regulation, 2011, under the Companies Act of 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission ("the Commission"), has given notice that as from 1 December 2019, the e-mail filing channels for company financial year end changes, company address changes and company name changes via any of the CIPC dedicated e-mail addresses for such services, except for external companies, will be de-activated.
