The Commissioner of Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CPIC) has designated new electronic filling channel for the Company and Closed Corporation forms by way of an electronic based web portal called Bizportal, as pursuant to section 6(13) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 and read with Companies Regulation 169, 2011.
The available services on such channel will be communicated via the CIPC website www.cipc.co.za as and when such services become available.
