Regulation On Iod/Od Documents To Be Provided By Employers To Compensation Fund

Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act and Regulations (130/1993)

The Compensation Commissioner, has under section 6A(b) and 40(1) of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993), published the regulation on IOD/OD documents to be provided by employers to Compensation Fund in administration of the COID Act on claims adjudication processes as per section 38, 39 & 43 and 65 & 68 of COIDA.
