The Minister of Transort has published the Economic Regulation of Transport Bill for a second time for public comment.
The Bill serves to promote the development of a competitive, efficient and viable South African transport industry contributing to economic growth and development.
Any interested persons are requested to submit written comments on the draft Economic Regulation of Transport Bill, 2018 within 30 days from the date of publication.
