The Minister of Mineral Resources under section 98(1) of the Mine Health and Safety Act,1996 (Act No. 29 of 1996) and after consultation with the Council, has amended Chapter 22 of the regulations made in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act, by replacing the existing regulations with the regulations set out in the Schedule. This notice shall take effect three months after its publication.
