The Minister of Transport intends to amend the National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000, and acting in terms of section 75(6) of the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996) has published the regulations in the Schedule for comments.
All interested parties who have any objections, inputs or comments to the proposed amendments are called upon to lodge their objections, inputs or comments, within four weeks from the date of publication of this Notice.
