Proposal For The Establishment Of The Single Catchment Management

National Water Act and Regulations (36/1998)

The Minister of Water and Sanitation has proposed, in terms of section 78(3) of the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998), to the establishment of a single catchment management agency, called the National Water Resource Magement Agency. All interested persons are invited to comment in writing on the proposal which is available for comment for a period of 60 days.
