The Minister responsible for Department of Labour, under Section 54(1) of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 2001 (Act No. 63 of 2001) intends making amendments to the Regulations to the Unemployment Insurance Act, 2001 as set out in the Schedule.
Interested persons or organisations are invited to submit written comments on the draft regulations within 30 calendar days from the date of the publication.
